Delivery & Returns
We want you to be happy with any goods you order from us. We will therefore do our very best to package the items well and get them to you as quickly as we can.
Delivery
All of our deliveries are made through Royal Mail tracked service. Once we have received your order, it will be packaged and sent as soon as possible usually within 24 hours or receipt of order (excluding weekends). If there is likely to be a delay in sending your order, we will contact you.
As you can imagine, our location means that deliveries do take longer and whilst we work hard to ensure that you receive your items promptly, we are at the mercy of the weather which can effect the post leaving the Island.
Returns
Online purchases can be returned to the address below up to 30 days after purchase. Please take time to read our Terms of Service below to ensure that you conform to them when returning product to us.

Standard Return
Change of mind/unsuitable
We are happy to accept standard change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase. When returning your item/items please ensure:
- The item is unused and the original label is intact.
- The item is packaged carefully to ensure to avoid damaged whilst in transit.
- You print off and include your original order confirmation email in the return package.
You can return your item by post using the above address. If you experience any problems in returning your parcel, please contact us.
If you are returning the item/items due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage which will be non refundable in this instance.
Damaged Product/Incorrect Item Return
If the goods you receive from us are damaged, faulty, incorrect to your order or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer a full refund if you contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt of the item/items. Please email us at northron.mill@btinternet.com.
Please keep all packaging and items even if damaged should they need to be returned for inspection by the carrier. A refund or exchange will be issued depending on your preference along with reimbursement of postage costs for the return.
